★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Groupon hoping to use it on a Sunday. Google says their open, Groupon says there open. Called on a Saturday. Someone answered and told me they only have availability during the week as there closed on weekends. So I had to cancel my Groupon, you should post accurate information to get more clients. After reading the most current reviews I see why the professionalism is so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friend bought group on for two and we booked it to get our mani pedi done together . when we arrived there was only one staff. We were told that one person have to wait till the other person is done both menu and pedi . It’s very disappointing that drive 45 min get here paid parking and they had just one staff . My time I s very important and sitting wasting an hour to get my chance is not something I feel it’s worth the little saving from this place . The owner. Oils gave informed that this is how it works and I simply would have not spend time driving in cold weather .
I decided to not to come back here . My friend was content with Nickie’s Service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers beware. Terrible experience. I will report to Groupon. The girl did a terrible job on my wife's nails. She charged us $2 on top of our voucher. The owner is not there and the person doing the nails is just an apprentice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a Groupon for a manicure and paid extra for shellac polish instead of regular. The curing lamp is too weak though or needed extra time because there were bubbles that formed under the polish. I didn't notice until I got home already. The polish bubbled and peeled on 3 of the nails after only 5 days.
