I discovered coaching through Patrick Rhein. It was very interesting and profitable. Having already undergone psychotherapy for several years, I must recognize that the tools offered in the context of coaching have brought me a lot in terms of efficiency and speed of transformation. The questions asked by coach Patrick Rhein forced me to focus on the present moment to find answers and strategies to put into practice and not to seek the why and how of the situation.
