β β β β β I had what I felt was a fairly complex real estate title issue, and Kenneth and Melissa handled it with extreme efficiency. Their communication was thorough, timely and made the entire process seem less daunting and actually manageable. I had one occasion where I needed to speak with Kenneth right away (was at the notary for signature and needed clarification on a form), and I was so relieved when he answered his extension. β β β β β We have worked with Pazder Law on 3 separate occasions for the sale/purchase of properties. Kenneth and his team are outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency is second to none. On our last transaction, my wife went into labor before we could get into the office and meet with the Pazder group to sign the necessary documents. As a deadline was fast approaching, Kenneth made an after-hours, late night visit to the hospital in order to ensure the transaction would be completed.
