G	Greg Bourdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick came to my home to quote on a pool said he would have something back in a few days, i text him over a week later and was told he would have something back to me that night. I texted him again over a week later with no reply, text again the following day and he replied he wouldn't work in Surrey. I replied back with a heads up would have been nice and this is the reply i received... Your Lack of attention and answering your phone and ignoring me when i was there was what really made me decide not to send you a quote. Well Rick, in order for me to meet you at my home i had to leave work early, and in order for me to make money to pay for in ground pools i need to answer my phone, which i excused myself at the time. So if you can't handle people doing their job then i suggest you maybe do another line of work where you don't deal with humans. I would never recommend anyone to this company.
G	Gale Saxbee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payton Pools not only installed my swimming pool, they also did the stamped concrete, pool house, landscaping etc. Mike & Rick always arrived on time and cleaned up afterward. I could not have been happier. Would recommend them 100% Gale from Port Coquitlam
M	Matthew Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a meeting scheduled for a review of my yard for a quote. The person associated with Payton pools asked to show up 1.5 hours earlier than planned. I said give me 15 minutes to drop off my kid to a birthday party up the block and then I can meet you. The two people showed up while I waited , did not ring or knock, entered my property unannounced. Then left and soon after I received a text expressing that he was "particularly interested" in doing a pool install in my yard. The reason being is that he only works on big , open yards and mine was not worth his time. I had a quote from another company for a 30x14 pool install. But I guess my yard is small potatoes for this big time operation. I don't mind a company rejecting work when they are busy. Trespassing on my property, being unprofessional in the response, and making customers feel they aren't worth the effort or your time is bad for business. Big red flag for me , I would advise them on how to be more professional for the sake of their business but I am not "particularly interested" right now.

Even though the liner is under warranty from the manufacturer and he could claim cost from them. Never use these guys if you enjoy a nice looking pool.
