★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered ubereats and your buisness took forever to process my order and didn’t complete order so there was no assigned delivery driver, I ordered at 9:41pm and cancelled at 10:34pm, an hour to fill an order is a ridiculous amount of time as it was a couple cases. And I cancelled 10mins before
You closed, there was no way a delivery driver would make it there in 5-10 minutes. I was charged FULL price $104.00 for cancelling. Absolutely unacceptable, I should be refunded or at least be aloud to come pick up my order as I'm a very loyal customer, you guys are my go to liquor store for the past year and a half, how is it you can keep my money and not give me what I PAID FOR. I hope you will clear this up I’d hate to take my business elsewhere.
In response to your response, I have contacted Ubereats they have told me it’s on your end. And you have received full payment from me, can I just come pick up the order I paid for? This is ridiculous. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to be out over $100.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order for delivery here, ordered something took nearly an hour of waiting before they decide too just cancel the order when the delivery driver arrived there. Should not even offer this service if its that horrible.
