Terrible customer service after 3 years still waiting for fixing some stuff !!! I'm so disappointed won't recommended pawluk at all

I wouldn’t recommend anyone BUT Pawluk Homes. Well built homes with great customer service. Wonderful to work with. Our next home will definitely be a Pawluk Home.

We had originally contacted Pawluk homes as we were looking to build our first home. We met with a lovely associate who answered all of our questions and said we would have no problems building with in our budget (which we were very upfront about) and encouraged us to continue along this path. We made up a rough drawing and lists as asked to receive a quote. We were promised a quote by the end of the week, which came and went without any response from them. Once prompted, we received a quote which was missing a lot of the items we had asked for, and had all these others things added in. The quote was also way out of our budget which we had been clear about from the start. We finally managed to get the owner, Dave, to call us to explain why this was, he agreed to a phone call after three weeks. He was rude, unprofessional, and did not answer any questions. He talked down to us for not understanding the full building process (which we kept trying to ask questions about but he refused to answer). He asked us why we hadn't gotten professional drawings made up yet, but he had not even talked with us once about the process or answered any of our list of many questions. We were given no support or help with this project, questions went completely unanswered, and we were told we would be able to do what we wanted within our budget with no issues. This was not true at all and I hope no one else has to go through what we did because we did not have a million dollar budget for our home. Very disappointed and I would hope others do not have to go through this for something that is suppose to be an exciting experience.

Pawluk Homes is a wonderful builder to work with!! Their homes are stunning. They listen to my needs and requests and kept me on my budget and even made suggestions to improve my new home. Excellent customer service. High standards and always there if you have any concerns. Great people to work with!! Thanks again!
