When called and advised about my issue, they kindly and graciously brought my dog to me no questions asked. This alleviated the considerable stress I was already experiencing. Not only was the customer service beyond expectations, my girl looks great too! HIghly recommend.
J	Jeanette Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my cats there for a haircut and bath. Fast service but overall shoddy job. Their fur was shorter but definitely not trimmed well. They did the body but left out their legs and my cats did not look any neater after their haircut. In fact, they did not look professionally groomed. It was not worth the price, I was charged $95 each cat. Would not recommend.

My vet was unable to cut my dog's nails and recommended we do it under sedation at an extraordinary price!! I contacted Pawlished via email and was promptly told they'd be happy to try and to "drop in". The person who cut her nails was very patient and determined! We got it done....and not at $300+ like the vet had said . I called ahead as recommended and was told a good window to drop in. I could not be happier!

We shop at the pet store next door so are aware as there is a sign on the door saying accepting new clients. They were also recommended by several locations around town that deal with "show cats". Not at all impressed since they've changed ownership.

They weren't able to handle the cat so the cat went home partially groomed because they weren't capable of finishing the cat. They charge the full price. It's not the owner of the cat's fault that they have barking dogs in their shop and that the cat is stressed out because of the environment. That is on the shop owner. Nails weren't even clipped.

Both cats are often skittish because of the dogs but Jess and her colleagues never fail to calm them down. I can't say enough about how obvious it is that they all love animals. That goes a very long way in my book! I'd highly recommend them.

We adopter her in Dec from the SPCA and she really needed her nails trimmed. Well I tried doing it myself and that was a no go. She was a Ferrel cat prior to being caught. She is such a loving cat tho and they said she did amazing and was so adorable. Her temperament really is super good even considering she has 1 eye. They did suxh a great job with her, she cried so hard going there maybe thinking she was being ditched. When I picked her up, dogs barking she was in her carrier in the desk laying down and soooo alm and happy. Thank you for taking such good care of her, she sure must have enjoyed the bath and nail trim. Highly recommend them and we will be back for sure.
