Il faut dire que le représentant était fort sympathique.. mais n'a aucun contrôle sur les échéanciers et le service rendu. Du jour 1 jusqu'à la fin des travaux ce fut un véritable périple! Courir après la réalisation des travaux et la fin des travaux. Malheureusement le service à la clientèle par le propriétaire est épouvantable. Il nous raccroche au nez. Nous en revenons tout simplement pas d'avoir encouragé votre entreprise. Jamais nous ne ferons affaire à nouveau avec cette compagnie et espérons aucun autre résident de Cap-Rouge, ni personne.
A completely disastrous experience. We are sold a service, make a deposit with the certainty of doing business with a good company. It must be said that the representative was very friendly .. but has no control over the deadlines and the service rendered. From day 1 until the end of the works it was a real journey! Run after the completion of the work and the end of the work. Unfortunately the customer service by the owner is appalling. He hangs up on us. We just can't get over having encouraged your business. We will never do business with this company again and we hope no other Cap-Rouge resident or anyone else.
