★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had agreed with Pavage Milan inc. to redo my driveway's asphalt, retaining wall & pave sidewalk. When excavating, they broke both my drains in front of my garage and wanted me to pay for new ones, and pay also their installation, even thou I never asked to have the drains replaced. The retaining wall was rebuilt unlevelled and leaning towards the driveway and with many broken blocks. The sidewalk was put together in a hurry without replacing all the border pieces. It was uneven and tilted towards the front steps which would have water accumulate and ice forming in the winter. They never came back to put the new asphalt and never installed the drains. After 5 weeks in this mess I had to hire another company to redo their work and finish the job. Still waiting for them to reply to my emails and phone calls. Complete lack of professionalism and expertise. Stay away.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anthony is very professional. He did a amazing pave uni job at my house , my driveway , my pathway to front entrance and capping my steps and front deck of my house entrance. Made a amazing terrasses with barbecue bar in my backyard with a pathway to my backyard deck and capping my steps and deck and a pathway from the front to backyard of my house . He provided us with X large and 3X Large pave uni stone which he was the only company that could’ve provide me this type of Pave uni stone of the 4 company I called to estimate my project and Anthony gave me the best estimate of the 4 company that estimate me . Just to give you a ideal. This was a huge project of 76000 dollars. The other 4 company estimate me 35000 to 45000 more. He made me save lots of money in my budget.I made sure I was there for 2 weeks of the duration of the work to check the work if well done and they put top grade material and no short
cut cause I did my research how it should be done the right way without getting screwed. They have top notch equipment and they have specialized equipment because my 3XL pave uni stone weights 430 pounds and need the right equipment to layout them ,which I believe no other company couldn’t done this type of work. They made my house look the nicest driveway in Joliette because no one has this type of pave uni stone and got lots of compliments from the neighborhood . You can not go wrong with Anthony
