★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding Service! Was recommended by the local Service Ontario in Madoc...have an old truck that needed an appraisal before transfer. Zipped down and met Dan. The shop is busier than heck! They greeted me like nobody else was in the building, figured out what we needed to do...and an hour later I had my vehicle appraisal. They earned my business - and I appreciate it! Will shoot back and grab a used car from them. David Rimmi, Stirling, Ontario.

I was in an accident and was very interested in one of their cars, when I test drove it, it had a sound and my friend mentioned it to them and Earl stated it was because it was turbo..I finally got the car (told it was certified and safetied) and I drove it home and the engine light was on the next morning. After that I requested my 30 day inspection…every detail I stated that was wrong (brutal windshield etc) was ignored and they had my car for over a week ..note i drove there and back for over an hour, after I got my car back and they said the engine light was cleared I asked them to put my tires on rims, earl again was useless and knew nothing. Flashback to 9 months later I took it to my mechanic and the engine was blown…..it was safetied falsely and I am disgusted by all of it. Do not trust these men. Please…I paid 7000$ for a car that has now cost me 2600 they are liars. I have proof of all this from my mechanic and them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard of this place from a friend, when I needed a wheel bearing and ABS sensor. Great staff, large selection of components and the best price I have been able to find anywhere. They didn't have the base level part in stock when I stopped in, so they offered me a replacement part with a longer warranty for the same price for the inconvenience. ($100.00 price difference). I didn't take them up on the offer and waited for the part I ordered since I wasn't in a hurry and businesses need all the help they can get in today's environment. Will definitely use then in the future.
