C	Cyrille Mae Ancanan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST! I'm very disappointed with the services provided by Dolci Piu because: 1. When I got home after picking up my order, I opened the boxes of what I thought were the dozen of almond croissants, but they were only plain butter croissants. I called them and told them the issue. Even if they offered me to come back for my almond croissants, the staff was not even sorry about it. Secondly, it was the afternoon before the day of my wedding, so you can only imagine how busy we were, and we definitely have no time to come back. 2. The fruits they used to decorate our cupcakes had mold. If our guests didn't pay attention to that, they would definitely get sick since mold can spread out. They were not on the cheaper end to begin with. The quality of these cupcakes do not reflect the price tag that they came with. For a bakery that is loved by most people, my $730 order did not reflect on the quality and professionalism that they provided. I've expressed my disappointment to Sabrina & her team through an email, and no response.

It was a great success and we kept the top tier and ate it next morning and it was still delicious. Also, great service, warm welcoming staff who know very well what they sell. I have some food allergies, and I never had trouble finding something that I could enjoy here.

Sabrina is always making sure we get what we ask for not to mention how nice she is. It doesn’t matter how long we have to drive to get our cakes we are getting it from there . Thank you everyone for making the most beautiful cakes for our birthdays !

After a week when I arrived at the shop I am surprised they misspelled the name. The order price was expensive, I was ready to pay for the professionalism and customization. I am disappointed beyond words. To their credit they fixed the name but it's not worth for what I paid for the cake. Secondly they have one standard box for the cake . My order was larger so they just added a paper on the front to cover additional opening. I wish they could get additional boxes with different size.

The pastries tasted stale, everything was extremely sugary, not in a rich creamy way. I spent about $45 got 3 pastries and some macroons. Not a good experience unfortunately. Two stars for the rude staff.

They paid special attention to details, and asked when there was something they weren’t 100% sure of to make sure they gave me exactly what I wanted. They were super accommodating of me and my requests. The cake turned out way better than I could’ve ever imagined, and it tasted absolutely delicious. Probably the best cake I’ve ever had! Would 100% recommend them!
