E	Erica Luo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company. Excavated + built a new house beside my home and caused considerable damages to my house. Builder said they would repair their damages but they did not do it properly. They keep promising to come back to do a better job (just as putting down gravel, etc.) but it has been more than a year and no action. We have been calling them for months to request repairs and they keep saying they will come "next week". After a year of this, we are now hopeless. We have spent HOURS demanding repairs and now they have sold the house they built and abandoned the damages they caused. The only option for us is to pursue a lawsuit which requires MONEY, time and effort for something they did wrong. They caused our family so much stress and wasted so much of our time and money already. If you damage somebody else's home in the process of building yours, YOU MUST REPAIR IT IN A TIMELY MANNER TO THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS BEFORE. This is simple and expected from ALL BUILDERS. They damaged our home and will not repair it. This is unacceptable. I would just like to move on with my life Warning: They recently built a condo named Vibe14 - DO NOT PURCHASE. They are dishonest people who try to get away with shortcuts and false promises. BEWARE.

S	Steven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER purchase a house from this company. Terrible company, constantly tells you that the builder will come and fix issues with your home, but will never fix it! Terrible build quality, placed covers over my telephone ports but have no wiring behind it, had a part of my roof fly off after they "repaired" it. They keep delaying until their builder warranty expires, then tells you to take up the issue with your home insurance. Even if they show up, they'll only assess it, then never come back and stop answering your calls. Even if they answer, they'll keep delaying until your warranty with them expires.
