★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’est beaucoup trop long attendre pour quelques ballons et toujours très long attendre à la caisse. Beaucoup de stocks et personnel n'est pas accueillant. Une employée du comptoir des ballons est très malpolie. J'aurais mis aucune étoile si c'était possible. À éviter.
 It's far too long to wait for a few balloons and always very long to wait at the checkout. Lots of inventory and unfriendly staff. An employee at the balloon counter is very rude. I would have put no stars if it was possible. To avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai commandé en ligne des ballons en me disant que ce serait moins compliqué car l'attente est très longue si on doit y aller la journée même. Par contre le prix en ligne est sûrement plus élevé et j'ai l'impression qu'on doit choisir de gros bouquets seulement. Si on va en magasin pour faire préparer des bouquets de ballons d'avance on peut s'en sortir avec de quoi de plus raisonnable mais éviter les heures de pointes car la file de ballon est longue .
Par contre, super service à chaque fois que nous y sommes allés .
I ordered balloons online, telling myself that it would be less complicated because the wait is very long if we have to go there the same day. On the other hand, the online price is surely higher and I have the impression that we should choose only large bouquets. If we go to the store to have bouquets of balloons prepared in advance, we can get by with something more reasonable but avoid rush hours because the balloon line is long.
However, great service every time we have been there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The choice is incredible. Prices are very good. Only negative remark is about the way people are processed. Hard to really know where to go for balloons. Had to wait 30 min to get served for balloons. I suggest ordering in advance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being from the US, I don’t speak much french, luckily Jessica from the balloon department spoke English. Since I was not in person, we spoke over the phone which sometimes can be difficult to understand one another or explain what I was looking for. I will say, Jessica was amazing!!! Her customer service skills was 100!!! Her English skills , her patients, knowledge and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help Jessica! I will absolutely recommend working with you to others, as I too, will hopefully have the opportunity to work with you in the future.
