I requested to use the restroom and they refused stating that “they don’t want want me to use the restroom as you truckers make a mess”. I spoke up and advised not to judge by my profession. I later found out for speaking up they listed my perfectly fine load as damaged delivery. I asked to take pictures of the damage and they won’t let me. They said it’s damaged if we say so and we don’t need to give proof.
