★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental property I have ever dealt with. There is constant loud parties in the units, the garbage bins are always overflowing and litter ripped up and scattered throughout the parking lots. And upon move out they will rip you off very expensive damage deposit. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Document everything before you go in cuz you'll need it at the end of your lease
The noisiest place ever especially at night time, if you're a person who needs quiet nights don't rent any of their townhouses
