★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To have a salon in Rupert that provides service and skill you expect from a big city, you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else that can do hair this good. I am very thankful we have such a fantastic salon in town.
The skill level is unmatched and the passion for hair is apparent. I’ve always walked out with exactly what I was hoping for and more. The best hair I’ve ever had in my entire life! Worth every penny!

The new location is great! The view was lovely to watch while I got pampered. Definitely has a big city spa vibe. Highly recommend!

She truly cares about my hairs heath never lets me do things to cause damage or talks me down when I want to go too crazy. Janessa always pampers me while I am there, I leave feeling happy and looking great. I love the fact that they use the best hair products and lines to help me live my best hair life.

Had a full set of Lashes done by Alana, we were running a bit late to finish as I had another appointment right after, she was extremely accommodating and made time to finish the set later the next day! We went over what I was looking for, figured out what she had to work with and we were able to both have a plan for a perfect set.They look beautiful! Have not had any shed or issues 4 days after. Totally recommend her.

I had Janessa as a colour stylist, unfortunately even with photos and consultation, sometimes your not on the same page as your hair stylist and you come out of the sink disapointed.
It happens.
I was really unhappy with my colour as well as talked out of the cut I went in for. Wanted cool ash balyage with dark roots, ended up with all over brown 2 tone hair with a bad root band.
I spoke up and was honest about not being happy. I sent Tyla a message the next morning after sleeping on it and though they both were unwilling to correct the colour, they did issue me a full refund and recommended I try a different salon to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022 edit: Awe, I hate changing a great review but this is important. Janessa is away from the salon and her co-workers are supposed to be welcoming her clients until she is back. I have left several messages at the salon, but have not received a return call. Janessa has been great but even when I have visited the salon in the past, her co-workers have given me the cold shoulder. Even the owner, has never engaged with me even though she is always there. One small thing and this salon goes from hero to zero in my mind.
I would recommend that you go somewhere else where your business will be appreciated!
2020 - I got a great haircut from Janessa at this salon! I was very impressed as I haven't had much luck with other hairstylists' in the area. I decided to give Parlour a try, based on the online reviews. I love my haircut and Janessa was great to talk to! The prices are 'big city', but I didn't mind as the service was worth it!
