My young son and I went to this coop the other day just to grab a few things. I was at this coop twice within the last week without hassle. This time after I gathered what I needed I went to the til and the women immediately barked at me (not even a hello) that I wasn't wearing a mask and had to put one on. I showed her my exemption card and started to explain that I am medically exempt of which she cut me off and told me that I have no rights and any medical condition is not accepted and she will not serve me. I told her to even call the number on my exemption card and she refused and got even more rude. I told her that she cannot refuse me service and that she is being discriminatory against me. She said she isn't and didn't care because I am not wearing a mask. Please note, that I have not had problem not wearing a mask elsewhere in many places and showing my exemption card. Under the Canadian Charter of Human Rights I have every right to refuse to wear a mask especially for medical reasons and to be refused service is in fact discriminatory. She proceeded to march over to get a manager and I didn't have time for this garbage so as I left I said that I will report them. This women was rude, unethical and nonprofessional and should be reprimanded for her unwarranted behavior or at the least educated on how she cannot legally refuse me service. In face a few days prior at the same coop I was welcomed and told by a different worker that my exemption card is valid and that I can also shop earlier in the morning for people who are exempt should I happen to be in the area. I live by faith not by fear.

They always have what I am looking for, within reason of course. And the staff are always so nice. A bit expensive however that is just how small town life goes. It simply costs more to bring it to the sticks. Still cheaper then a trip to the city and for that I absolutely appreciate having them here.

Friendly workers prices for groceries here are decent especially when they have their 10 for 10 sales also that you don't have to buy all 10 for the sale price

Prices too high, well stocked, not a great selection for me.
