★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed there for over a year from Feb 2017 to May 2018 but to this day it has been the best place we ever lived in. Super quiet, great view, near everything you need. Grumpy management but very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location and views are incredible. But more than that, management actually cares about maintaining the building and addressing issues. Has some older units, but the renovated ones are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived at Parkview Towers for years. Super location, walk to everything, even Granville Island, plus the swimming pool! The building has a great vibe and variety of people. Always someone new to meet. Young and old. We enjoyed our years here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and well maintained building. Loved the pool in the summer! Living here was awesome because everything you need is within walking distance. If you're looking for a place with easy access to many beaches and downtown this is it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They discriminate against kids. We were about to see an apartment to rent and we were stopped right at the front door because they do not allow kids in the building. We have lived in Europe, the US and Mexico, and have never, ever heard of or experienced anything like this. I really don't think it's a Canadian thing, or even legal, but for sure it happened in this building. We ended up renting in the West End, which is nice. But imagine trying to explain to my girls (7 and 8), why they weren't allowed to enter the building to see an apartment. "Is it because we're not Canadians, Daddy?" Jesus. I will not even get close to that building ever again.
