E	Estevam Meneses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst condo I ever lived - 596 units 49 flors 4 elevators but only TWO woringing for the last 2 years. The build is nightmare, parking etc... Build by AMACON ! Check if they build the next place you will live and AVOID. -- DONT BUY --- DONT RENT --
m	macie peister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you call the sales office nobody ever answers. The gym doesn't open until 7AM so there's a lot of people who can't make use of the amenities they pay for. The fire alarm goes off all the time, and sporatically the hot/cold water will go out. The elevators are also always broken so the wait to get anywhere in the building can be up to 10 minuets. Would not recommend living here.

First issue was the elevators, they are always down and it can be very frustrating waiting for 10 minutes just to go down. Second issue are the amenities, it is a very convoluted process to book the gym that it is actually easier to go to your local gym instead. They make you use this app that never works and when you try to contact the desk, they are not to be seen. Booking the party room is costly compared to other buildings and they make you hire a security guard as if they are not including the party room in the rent you are paying. Overall, there are many other better buildings near Square 1 that can provide a more comfortable stay. I highly suggest considering twice before buying or renting there!

It's a matter of time until they fix all the below mentioned issues in the previous comments such as the wait for the elevator and other minor things .. I've seen similar issues with all the newer buildings in the past .. specially in the first few days .. Wait until this project is completed and the units registered then everything will be ok for sure this part of the city centre will be beautiful .. They Also hired great management company ( DUKA PROPERTY Management ) .. I manage few units in these buildings for my clients
a	avslav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Random fire alarms go off, even at night when I try to get sleep and have school the next day, and there’s no actual emergency! It is currently 6 am and the alarm has been blasting non-stop for 17 minutes… Not worth it being randomly startled at night by loud alarm blasts for no reason
J	Jesse C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly built condo complex. Even the newer PSV buildings which are only 5 years old have deteriorated quick. Biggest issue is they allow short term rentals/AIR BNB which has caused lots of issues/damage to the buildings. I looked at PSV 2 as a potential investment property but the building was absolutely disgusting inside. The elevator fell to the ground floor and the residents actually warned me not to purchase in this building. I would not recommend the Parkside Village buildings to anyone - even if you need a short term rental. It would be better/safer to stay at a hotel instead.
