Louise and I moved into our ground floor apt may first we had a couple small things that needed to be taken care of. the girls in our office had them fixed fast the workers are top notch the grounds are well kept its quiet and clean. we have met and got to know many people every one is friendly our cat Leo is very content here we have a nice patio to sit out on my wife has lots of flowers and we have our grill set up its like a resort here. we are very glad we moved here . so if you want a nice place to live this is a great place to check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randi Spence is an incredible Manager. My experience with a noise issue was handled efficiently and timely by Randi. She checked to make sure I was happy with the result and assured me she would look after me if it happened again.
I can now say I am extremely happy living in Parkside Terrace.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for allowing us to give a review on Parkside Terrace in Selkirk MB. We have been tenants for almost two yrs. First an foremost is our resident Mgr Randi, hard to find a more professional caring person. Randi takes all tenants duties professionally. If not on duty will answer your request immediately. When Randi was on leave, Broadstreet did not answer requests or problems as promptly. We went for a few days at Christmas with no cleaning or security on doors. I personally contacted head office twice. When Randi returned all was back to normal, A&E
