★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always enjoyed dealing with the staff at this facility. They have really improved the care and treatment of the animals over the years. The staff works hard to cooperate with the public, and I have taken several stray animals to them over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specifically for the enforcment services part of this building. Pretty much a waste of money for Parkland County. Either you get to play phone tag with who gets to deal with what issues, general answers that they cannot deal with things, give appropriate information or they pass the buck so they don't have to show up. Way too much money spent for a service that rarely shows up and shows out for the task, need a revamp of their priorities, duties and appointments with SolGen. The staff there that work there in the office are really kind, professional and helpful though.
