★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great parking lot for the tube park. Works well for skiing blackcomb. Most important it's free! Gravel with pot holes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tube park rangers are so strict. They asked us to leave if we are not going pay. We were just sitting on the snow far away from the tubing tracks. And still they didn’t leave us alone.
