She is extremely rude and unhelpful.
CONSTANTLY overcharging my creditcard as I have a daypass.
I have been parking at the wall centre for over 8 years. The last 2 years has been a nightmare dealing with Marina. The Wallcentre has a car detailing shop inside the parkade which provides complimentary parking for the day as it's being serviced and Marina /westpark refuses to acknowledge that , and still charges. They are not working with the wall centre itself.
I am constantly being charged $30 which is a full day rate and I'm an employee of one of the businesses atttached to the Sheraton .
The wall centre and parkade itself is awesome. Conveniently located and always have security walking around , makes it feel more secure.
