From my point of view he is some sort of income tax wizard, he did everything so quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, I think we were in there a total of 15 minutes. He even went the extra mile and checked up on a different issue from last year even though he had a very busy schedule. I was a little skeptical about this place at first, but after reading so many good reviews I decided that this is where I wanted to go after a huge ordeal last year over several months. As we entered the office, my wife asked me “are you sure this is right place?“ but we were greeted by a friendly office administrator, and Steve assured us he would be with us momentarily. We were not disappointed, worth every penny Thank you Steve for your professionalism and customer service, I will be returning here

When I first went to them in 2016, I was incredibly anxious about an issue I had but Steve was so calm, non-judgmental, friendly and EFFICIENT. I've since moved out of the neighbourhood but still travel to Parkdale for all my tax issues. They serve their clients with kindness, their fees are very fair and it's very clear that they care more about clients than compensation. If only every business were as efficient and compassionate.

Rude comments made about her ill husband, who she's in care of and was also trying to file for. If you want dismissive and judgmental customer service, then definitely go here...if not, I would recommend going somewhere else. Ended up assisting my mom with her taxes, with the help of an online expert who was extremely patient and friendly. Glad my mother didn't end up spending her money here.
