Beau potentiel mais inutilisé,mal aménagé!

I have witnessed wooden structures, then orange and yellow modules and now plastic modules. The playpen is beautiful nothing more. Not fun. No shade to sit on. A baby / parent swing, 3 level waterer! Unnecessary dog waterer prohibition of access to the park.
Great potential but unused, poorly fitted out!
Water sports...................!?
