★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This playground was completely redone this spring and everything is brand new. Area for smaller children as well as older. There is a tandem swing for child and parent which is great fun. Wood chips on the ground are still looking good and have not yet attained the look of a sodden forest floor. There is a water fountain with a spigot for dogs as well as plenty of benches and picnic tables My son calls this "Big Rock Park," not surprisingly for the numerous large boulders which kids find really fun to scale. Trees are there in case shade is needed and there is plenty of space in the neighbouring sports fields to rub around. Parking all around.
