★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely charming discovery by a hidden portion of the Berthierville waterfront. Right off the Chemin du Roi route 138 to and from Quebec city. Plenty of parking, benches and picnic tables. Popular terrasse restaurant is adjacent to this smallish sized park. My kind of pit stop. Boats also have a pull up area so this could be a great option as well. Enjoy.

Honestly, just a great, clear view of one of the many rivers/canals formed from the encounter of the St-Lawrence river and massive geological slurry deposits forming the islands which we know today as the 'archipelago of Lake Saint-Pierre', northern (Berthier islands) group, that is.
The Archipelago of Lake Saint Pierre count 103 islands in the western part of Lake Saint Pierre. There are two groups: Islands of Berthier to the north and the islands of Sorel to the south.
Great place to waste time, watch boats go by on a nice weather day or have a lunch and enjoy having well-maintained garbage disposal bins nearby!
