Ordered Spicy Shawarma Chicken Burger
Cold chicken and buns. I am ? sure that chicken was from last night, cuz she pulled out tray from somewhere beneath and just threw it on my buns.
Rude and arrogant worker, specially the lady who I think is Indian. She'll stare dead into your eyes if you question her what options the store has for lunch Visited at around 12:30 so I hope if owner is reading this, gets hold of her. I too manage a mid sized team and I'm disappointed Paramount doesn't have enough resources to train their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the food and the service was oustanding especially the cashier Bea. I couldnt decide what to get and she suggested different things from the menu and I got Chicken shawarma. It was so good. Definitely coming back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my boxed wings and fries meal I added a gravy. I really enjoyed the freshness especially after eating at Humber Hospital for a week now. Should have tried them sooner. Next time I know where to order my meal from. Great service, super friendly. Very clean and professional. Ps we tried there lentil soup and it was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the queensway location with my husband and chaotic 3 and 1.5 year old. We were greeted with warmth and a snack for the toddlers to immediately settle them down. We were served quickly with delicious food and our server Mariam had warm eyes and a wonderful smile behind her mask. We were then given delicious desserts for the family to enjoy. I'd definitely recommend it for a family outing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wraps were very tasty. My family enjoyed the shrimp wraps very much. Not sure what happened, it took so long to deliver (Not the driver's fault, you can totally tell from the App it was taking more than an hour to prepare 4 wraps during non peak hours).
