I went there to get eyebrows done and returned with redness all over my area. Very poor technique! Never going back to this place.

I am a regular client (or at least i used to be) for getting my eyebrows threaded l, waxed and a hair trim every now and then. But back August, I went to get my hair trim after months of not being able to thanks to the pandemic. I asked for a 2.5 trim and instead the lady that did my hair suggested she do something better and as much as I kept refusing, she kept persuading me to go for it. So just to make her stop talking, I let her do my hair and I told her I trusted her and that I didn't want my hair to be too short. However, this lady kept cutting my hair like no tomorrow to the point where I thought it was too short and told her to stop at one point but she kept going and told me at the end that in a few weeks, it would look better. WE ARE NEARING THE END OF OCTOBER AND I DONT SEE CHANGES IN MY HAIR ! ... I was so upset I didn't even give her a tip !

For my waxing i was to surprised to see the old lady who is owner only gave 3 strip to the worker for my waxing. It felt disgusting as the same old strips were used again and again to pull my hairs and it pains after certain use. They have increased the prices for all the services and still counting the strips for waxing is beyond my imagination. Two stars only for lady who did my eyebrow perfectly.

She used 2 wax strips to do my Brazilian which caused a lot of pulling and irritation, she was rushing even though there was no customers there and did a poor job. Hair was still left. I went home and I was in pain for days, my skin is peeling and irritated and I’m now growing ingrowns which I have not grown when I got waxes anywhere else. I would
