Ouverture de 13h à 19h en août quand habituellement les heures sont prolongées, files d'attente interminables. J'espère que cet horaire est dû à un manque de personnel. Sinon, il y a vraiment un problème de gestion. I have always had good service but it seems that the Covid has affected the start of the 2020 school year. Open from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. in August when the hours are usually extended, queues endless. I hope this schedule is due to a lack of staff. Otherwise, there really is a management problem.

Aucune réponse lorsqu’on appelle et lorsqu’on se déplace le propriétaire ou gérant d’un certain âge est arrogant et nous insulte! Heure d’ouverture inadéquate! J’en reviens pas qu’ils soient en affaire depuis 20 ans!!! Unless you have to go to this stationery Our schools force us to collect our textbooks from this establishment, it is unacceptable to be served this way! No response when we call and when we come around the owner or manager of a certain age is arrogant and insults us! Inadequate opening time! I can't believe they've been in business for 20 years !!!

On m’a dit de téléphoner avant de passer. J’essaie de téléphoner : JAMAIS de réponse.... pas de répondeur non plus. Je me pointe quelques jours plus tard. Attente d’une heure et il manque toujours un livre pour ma fille. Je dois retourner demain. J’essaie de téléphoner pour savoir si mon livre est arrivé. Toujours pas de réponse...une dizaine d’essais durant la journée : rien. Je passe devant le magasin: encore une file d’une dizaine de personnes. Définitivement nos écoles devraient changer de librairie. I stood in line in early August for an hour to be told that my daughter's school supplies had not yet arrived. I was told to call before passing by. I try to call: NEVER answer .... no answering machine either. I show up a few days later. Wait an hour and my daughter is still missing a book. I have to go back tomorrow. I'm trying to phone to find out if my book has arrived. Still no answer ... a dozen tries during the day: nothing. I walk past the store: still a line of ten people. Definitely our schools should change bookstores.

Essaye d'appeler a plusieurs reprises pour savoir si c'est raisonnable de se présenter, aucune réponse au téléphone. Fermee le samedi en pleine rentrée scolaire.... Je vai commander par internet dans une autre entreprise. Moi qui essaie d'encourager l'achat local. Amazing school sends us to this place! Twice this week there was a waiting line going to the sidewalk. Tries to call several times to see if it's reasonable to show up, no answer on the phone. Closed on Saturdays at the start of the school year .... I will order by internet in another company. Me trying to encourage local buying.
