When the U.S. printer got something minor wrong on my letterhead they ensured that I got replacements immediately and for free. You cannot go with a better firm than Paper Ideas.

We wanted something fun, personal and whimsical, to match the style of our wedding and our personalities, and Sam was amazing and guiding us to the right choice, from invitation pieces, fonts, colours, etc. He even printed some of the extra pieces in house, to help us save costs. Arna has a great attention to detail and was absolutely amazing at making sure all the addresses were right, and we had all of the pieces we needed. I knew I could completely rely on her to catch any issues. Overall, I highly recommend using Sam and Arna at Paper Ideas for all of your stationary needs.

They took lots of time to discuss our options and explain our limitations. They completed the order quickly and even allowed me to stuff the envelopes at their shop. Our design was unusual and they did a fantastic job of sourcing the paper and envelopes as well as printing and assembling the invitations.

The quality of their work was fantastic; unfortunately though, I found Kevin to be standoffish and unhelpful. After explaining to him what I was looking for (I was simply looking to print my designs on heavy white cardstock) he said he'd get back to me shortly with an estimate on his services. I didn't hear back from him for a week so I followed up, and still did not hear back from him. I ended up printing my invitations somewhere else and couldn't be happier.
