★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online as was told it would be 50% off on that particular day.
Placed my order and did not receive the 50% off. When I picked up my pizza and mentioned that I was unable to get the 50% off, the gentleman promptly and extremely friendly calculated the difference and reimbursed me. I was extremely impressed and will definitely recommend and go back to that location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the restaurant on Saturday afternoon. I came to grab a slice. But the lady employee said they don't sell slices but the employee was so friendly and convinced me to get a small pizza. She made it super fast and i got the pizza in less than 5 mins. Very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizzas themselves are great. However, I have a complain about the staff working here or at least one employee who is dishonest and should be fired. I ordered from the app and forgot to leave a tip on Monday August 23 night. I called them at 10:31 pm and asked if I could give the tip over the phone as lots of restaurant offer the possibility to pay orders over the phone. The employee took my card information to process my tip and confirmed a $5 tip. The employee has been misusing my card information and spent over $400 with my card. This is unacceptable. I reported this behaviour to the appropriate authority and hope they will hire people with better ethic and morals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave this place a second and last ever try today. The guy burnt my pizza last time and didn’t tell me or ask me if I wanted a refund just processed to laugh about how he burnt it (never mentioning it was mine) and have me wait 30 min for a walk in. Today I was totally grossed out!!! The boy working was rubbing his hairy arms constantly like 2 min straight. I noticed They were covered in flour when he took my order and rubbed a nasty ball of paper towel in his hands. Honestly, his shirt was an absolute filthy mess. He proceeded to take orders and run back and toss pizzas together with no hand washing, or containment of any hair. He was the one who cut my pizza and put it in the box. I was somewhat shocked and just hungry. So after 25 min (and asking for my pizza) I took it and left. I Just got home and I think I’m going to be sick. Grossest pizza I ever tasted. Clumpy doughy and hairy. Yes. His arm hairs and who knows what skin flakes melted in my pizza. This place needs shut down really, it’s so dirty ?I’m defiantly getting a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Terrible!!! They skim on toppings and taste is terrible. I tried Papa John's for the first time ever at the Keele & Rogers Rd (Toronto) location and the pizza was amazing! Today I placed an order at the College St. location for the exact same pizza. After arriving home I opened the box to find that my Specialty BBQ Chicken pizza had hardly any chicken and tasted like they had used hot sauce instead of BBQ sauce. See pictures. Very, very and very disappointing!!!!! My wife and daughter trashed their slices after taking a bite. I made it through one slice before trashing the rest of the pizza. Honestly, this was the worst pizza that I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live around the corner and I've been coming to this location for two years. Aside from the occasional, understandable small mistake it's been very consistent. For fast/quality late night pizza at this price no other chains can compete. Don't get me wrong it's not gourmet, but it's consistently better than any of the other pizza chains in little Italy.
