T	Tharn Kooner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask what ingredients the gluten free pizza crust had in it as my sister has severe allergies and the girl on the phone said, “There’s too many ingredients therefore I can’t read them to you. I can send you a photo you can read it yourself, what’s your number?” And giggled. Needless to say we said no thanks and decided not to order from here.

R	Ray Millar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude manager. At least she claimed to be the manager. They lied about our order. We asked over the phone for chili peppers but none arrived. We called back and got a horrible response from staff so I asked for the manager. She was worse and said they don't have chili peppers. The other staff said they do. The manager became horribly rude and swore and yelled so I hung up to avoid escalation. SHE CALLED BACK MULTIPLE TIMES!! Only to leave a message telling me it's rude to hang up. I left messages for head office to contact me but they went unanswered. We used to order weekly but never again. Please shop elsewhere.

Asked for extra tomato sauce, so apparently they took that as me asking for NO SAUCE, toppings were skimpy and pizza tasted like cardboard. I was so looking forward to it as I have heard great things about Papa John's, but it was terrible. Sorry Papa John's, what has to thumbs and is never coming back? THIS GUY
R	Ren Currie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 6 wings, they ran out of wings so threw in 2 chicken balls and a ball of meatless bone! They didn't call to inform me, I would not have accepted their decision of a "substitution". I called to complain and the girl, was rude and "oh we were too busy to call you to let you know" and told me she'd call back and didn't. I waited 45 mins, called back and was told she left already. I left a message for the manager to call me the next day, and no call was returned. I called the location back and was told the manager won't be in and they don't know when she will be. I asked who took my order and her name was Roo, said she closed that night so I was lied to. I left another message for the manager who's name is apparently Jenny and now it's been 3 days and no call back so next wk I will call the head office in Calgary. On a previous order, I had the delivery person (female) demand a tip! I couldn't believe it. I told her never, ever do that again. Called the manager about that. I have found that the quality of the food and service is absolutely terrible. I will never order from them again.
G	Gordon Ching Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It WAS good and now the worst, topping and cheese won't stick to crust at all, all my kids had their topping falling off, the dough isn't proved properly, and each slice not portioned equally, some are even twice the size of the small one, sauce is now 1 Oz and the side chilly is coin size, what happen?!

The pizza was horrible and had slices of ROCK HARD Pepperroni on it... terrible to get, especially since they advertise the "best ingredients are used", huh NO!! Then there is the horrible practice this place has of putting a "hot pepper" into the box of every pizza??? WHY?? I'm no fan of peppers and actually have had an allergic reaction to them!! When I called to complain the manager failed to give me a refund for the pizza I did not eat!! Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND!!! Go to Pizza Hut!!
