★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They look good now but not after you get it. I bought a town house in panorama 62 and me and my neighbors complaining a lot about their work. Painter’s are worse. We complained a lot but builders do not care because they sold you house. They promised us so many things before we moved in but didn’t do any. They said they will do touch up paint later but nothing happened. It’s been 6 months now and still my house looks under construction. Grout is coming off from bathroom tiles.
I will suggest anyone to buy their townhouses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are beautiful townhomes built in an excellent location. My family is very happy with the craftsmanship of our townhome. The attention to detail is evident throughout the home. This community is in close proximity to recreational facilities, schools, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, movie theatres, coffee shops and parks!
