S	Sophia Ponvelan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience I’ve had. Wanting to celebrate my son’s achievements we ordered 2pizza’s and a salad from Panago Langley 56Ave store. From my home I took right on 203 and 56 Ave car number KH5 05F tailgated me till I took the right turn to enter the shopping mall, after which I had to take a left. When I was taking the the left the car driver almost dashed into me as he was directly hustling towards Panago parking, ignoring my car before him. Leaving the first parking lot in front of the store every other was empty, therefore I chose to reverse park in the 4th lot. The car driver again ignored my car and parked his car in the 3 lot opened his door got out as I was reverse parking. I had to wait for him to get out of my way. As I entered the store the same driver kept no physical distancing,the distance from the entrance to the store to the counter is about 2 meter, which he did not maintain as well he entered in my personal pace, without excusing himself. To add the salad that we ordered was not it, we were over charged. I personally will never celebrate my family’s achievements with This Panago. Did not expect this from Panago employee. Horrible experience!

And even ignored me while I tried to get his attention. Usually they're really good. But buddy guy driving white civic is not good
W	Wretched Slippage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods always great but the delivery is never great. When I choose contactless delivery I expect contactless delivery. I paid online under no contact but the guy still shows up, rang the doorbell 3 times at 1130 pm, waking up my landlord... when I csnt to the door he handed my order to me. Contactless. Drop it st the door, bro. Send a text when its here, bro.
C	Carmela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Panago location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our 20 person order, each ordering their own item(s) with customizations. Not to mention, everything was made perfectly! We place large orders like this every few weeks and expect one or two things to go wrong but the most humbling part about our experience was how the driver said to give them call ASAP if anything was wrong or missing. There is no use getting angry over the little things but it was nice to see their willingness to take care of us if need be. Thank you, Panago! Keep up the good work.

I know its fast food,careful not to compare to homemade but . The pizza were ordered extra well done,extra sauce extra pepperoni, as i remembered that was a problem in the past with this company. So right off they were cold,soggy and the toppings on the ham and pineapple were not even slighty browned ewwwwwwww. I took 2 bites and gave the rest to our dog. Now sits on our counter 1 and a half pizzas probably destined for the airfryer to try and bring it back to life. Son said it lacked the flavour even with the added meat. Just dissappointed i guess.
