C	Cats, Cars and Cooking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute scam! We paid inside. The line was so backed up leaving that it took 30 minutes to leave and then asked us for more money upon leaving! Operator on the help line was useless. Everyone was having the same issue. Impark is a terribly run piece of trash business run by thieves!
J	Jordan Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be very cautious about leaving your car in this parkade. There have been an uncountable amount of cars broken into. Its almost a daily occurrence. My car window was smashed about a month ago, they went through my car and stole everything valuable. The security is useless and camera surveillance is limited. The homeless hangout there all the time. I would definitely recommend parking elsewhere.

We paid and waited at the gate for 40 minutes because the machine refused to accept our ticket. I googled and called the number( no number provided at the station) and waited another 12 minutes. We had to pay twice just to get out. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Never again.

The angry man on the phone told me to wait for someone to answer the "Help" button at the exit gate, after already waiting 10 mins. I waited 5 more minutes and my call was still not answered.
P	Princeton Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park at your own RISK! That's what it says at all parking lots, and it is particularly true here... I was broken into twice in less than a week! I called security the first time and because there was no damage, they couldn't do anything. They thought I had forgotten to lock my car and it was a crime of opportunity, I was very careful from then on. When it happened a second time, I knew it was not carelessness. Impark was apologetic, said that it happens sometimes and were able to switch me to an outdoor lot close by. I just didn't feel safe parking there any more. Until they get better security, I suggest you park elsewhere, if you must park here, remove all valuables from your vehicle.
K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. We used the parking on Tuesday for 1h 40m ( between 4:29pm and 6:09pm) and we paid $23, although that the hourly rate was $8. We called for assistance but the assistant could not explain or give us an adequate explanation why we had to pay so much. Also, when we completed the payment the machine did not issue a receipt which we asked for when we spoke with the assistant but instead they offered to take my contact details and ask their supervisor to call us on the next day. Nobody has called us yet. We called customer support to a rude rep who told me to wait until someone picked up. I explained to him we had been waiting for 20mins with no response - which then he proceeded to hang up on me
R	Ryan DC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE FOR LATE NIGHT PARKING. Used this parking for a late night dinner in Sky360 Calgary Tower. At 10pm coming from Sky360, we found out the hard way that all access to the parking lot is closed. There was no warning in the lobby when we got in nor from the restaurant about inaccessibility to this parking lot at this time of the night. There were no sort of any information on where to access the parking lot. Tried calling the Impark phone number to no avail. With 2 small kid in tow we deccided to take chance of finding an access outdoor from the streets at a deep freeze weather. All doors are locked! Fortunately we were able to follow two lads similarly looking for an access eventually trying an intercom in one of the doors. A security I believe have buzzed us all in. CONSIDERING THIS PARKING LOT IS ADVERTISED AS A 24HR PARKING LOT, IT WOULD BE A GREAT THING TO HAVE VISIBLE INFORMATION ABOUT ACCESS DURING LATE NIGHTS! Just a suggestion.
