J	John Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well appointed retirement home with depressing residents sitting by main entrance door as if they are waiting for the Grim Reaper to take them away. The food and menu is delicious. Both elevators (in a four storey seniors home) have been closed due to a near-fatal accident for well over FOUR MONTHS! Overall, pricey compared to other homes. Be prepared to leave this location either to a hospital or Mortuary.
L	Louise Lance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here! I am writing this post from our computer class here at the Palisades. I have lived here just over 4 years and own a condominium here. There is plenty to do and many people to visit with . Its like a Florida Club house feel in here.

She has been living here for several years and LOVES IT! The staff couldn't be more accommodating. She loves her room with a nice south facing view balcony. She couldn't be happier there.

My siblings and I researched several homes and we are so happy we chose the Palisades for our parents. They have their own room but spend most of their time in the main areas. I would highly recommend this retirement community!

After finding one of their residences walking around blocks away completely and utterly lost with no recollection of how to get back to where she lives I tracked down the palisades. Upon arrival we were greeted by basically children who had no idea this woman was missing for most likely over almost an hour and a half in the hot sun. When asking to speak to a manager who apparently does not work on the weekends I was met with a woman who told me it was not her job to watch the residents. Can you imagine this was not even her first time being lost ? Clearly this woman has a memory problem and the staff all knew and chose to completely ignore this factor. I'm outraged and embarrassed by this facility. Imagine if her family found out and no one brought her back. Please do not trust this place with your loved ones.

My Dad has been living here for many years and I am there several times a week. Right from Inga at the front reception who is a hoot! To the management. Everyone has been so engaging, responsive and also very involved with residents and families daily. I should have written this earlier but when I saw the last review I felt I should put my 2 cents worth in. See for yourself!
S	Silvia Burkett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So So happy with the care my mother received at Palisades. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Entertainment and activities are amazing. My Mom loved the evening Happy Hours at Hal's pub. I would recommend it to anyone!
