★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lance and team helped me send a very delicate, large, rare, framed vintage mirror to New Jersey. I'd sent a similar one to the US before using UPS and it arrived shattered (UPS had wrapped it for me as well). On a friend's referral, I brought the mirror in to the shop as is and they took care of wrapping and sending it for me. It arrived safely, much to the purchaser's (and my own) delight. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so inconvenient that the working hour is not updated when they decide not to open in a specific day. I do not have a car and took a long way to get there and collect my package. But saw a notice on the door that due to unforeseen reason they are closed! Should I call everywhere before I go to make sure it is open? I am a student and due to limited working hours of this place I need to leave school earlier than usual to collect the package I really need. So much disappointing.
