★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my coat last October and i just found out that they didn’t remove the magnet. Its frustrating that I beep whenever i go into a store!!! Its so inconvenient as i have to drive 60 km just to remove it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bad experience with this store. We went with our elderly parents before christmas and the saler was pushy and did not tell the truth about boots products. It was more important for her to make money. My parents are very disappointed, the product is not at all what it was supposed to be. Making money quickly for this place is all of their concerns! We won't go back when stores will reopen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service provided by Staff Océane and Catherine . They provided us with all the answers we needed and on top of that of that we could almost see their smiles across their masks. Would recommended that shop to anyone that is looking for oustanding customer service and excellent products. We are definetly coming back very soon to buy more winter stuff.
