The best almond chocolatine I've ever had! I go back every week.

Great hot chocolate. Underwhelming sandwiches given the $9 price. The salmon one I had consisted of smoked salmon, spinach, and some mustard I couldn't even taste.

Amazing bread and croissants. I never really eat bread by itself but I sat there and ate their entire baguette by myself!! It’s so good. The croissants remind me of Europe, they melt in your mouth like a croissant should. They have the best hot chocolate made with REAL CHOCOLATE and it’s sooooo rich. I enjoy their apricot danish thing, I forget what was on it but I inhaled it and I don’t usually eat a lot of pastries.

Amazing local Paris style Patisserie. The quiche of which they a few kinds has an amazing crust and the filling is light. I really enjoyed it. They have apricot and pear custard tarts that are also really good. To help wash it down they have all your all your usual specialty coffees and teas etc.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem. There warm chicken sandwich was so good. Proves to show simple ingredients work with the right people. A great atmosphere not to loud. And the service was very pleasant. I'm definitely getting a chocolate croissant to go.

heating up the croissants at home before consuming is definitely serving these croissants right! they are so good and crunchy in the right spots, nothing beats a good laminated croissant. i tried out two slices of quiches, and they do not disappoint! so yummy and just the right flavour, not heavy at all, and the crust hold everything together. such a lovely shop, you could really taste the love in the food from the makers.

Sweet and simple setting. Parisienne feel. A fresh baguette of perfect texture with delicious butter and apricot jam hit the spot, accompanied by an excellent coffee. Several classic lunch choices on the menu. I was more in the mood for baked goods. Took away an apricot Danish. Yummy. Not overly sweet. The lady in charge really cares about her customers. Pain Perdu is about a quality French cafΓ© experience.
