My accountant did not send my income tax report to the government on time, even though I gave him all my numbers on January 11th. When I tried to contact him to know how much I had to pay to the government, it was impossible to get him on the phone. He would never return my calls. Few months later, he finally tells me he didn't send the report. Had to pay interests because I ended up paying my taxes way passed the due date. What did they offer me for their bad service? Nothing but a big invoice. No appologies. Nothing. On top of it, I am looking back at my report from last year, while transfering my files to a different accountant, and I realize Padgett didn't even declare my employee's salary in my business expenses, even though I am paying Padgett to take care of all my employee's payments and T4.... not like they didn't know I had an employee. Seriously disappointed. Lack of communication, horrible service, no compensation for mistakes made. It's been one bad news after the other, going on for an entire year. If you're looking for a good accoutant, look elsewhere!
M	MimiiSquirrel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder they have 1 star. They don't file your taxes at all and doesn't keep you updated. often not responsive to your emails or calls. Definitely would not recommend this place to get your tax return done. Would give 0 star if I could.

My taxes were initially not filed and no one ever alerted me. I had to beg to get calls back and emails responded to, until finally I was ignored. The taxes were then filed incorrectly and now I owe back payment as the whole thing took so long. Avoid at all costs unless you want a massive headache. I would have put 0 stars if I could have.
