Ordered on a weekend, received a call first thing Monday morning for a delivery confirmation from the rep informing me I could expect the delivery 9AM’ish. The truck showed up shortly after 9 as informed and the delivery guys were top notch and professional. Highly recommended.

Don't care about small contractors. When I asked for manager salesmen told me that I better not, I don't want to here what he will tell me.
Get your drywall from somebody else. After I wright this review instead of improving service they cancel delivery because of my review and put immediately couple good fake reviews, that how this company operate.
R I checked all 3 review that posted after me all fake. Get your drywall from somebody else !!!!
P.S. Thank you mister owner for your response but I don't think that telling a customer that he will not like what the manager will tell him is a professional manner also canceling the order because of complain is very rood , vendictive and unprofessional. You should check what your employees think about your company on internet. Also I am planning to file official complain for damages that occur after you cancel delivery ,

Warehouse is clean and organized. Nice to see insulation and drywall stored indoors and not exposed to the weather.
Insulation load at the project was tidy and correct. I will use Pac West again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayla at the front desk went way above and beyond and found me a product I have been searching for all across north America not just in Canada. Because of supply shortages even the manufacturer could not give me a answer as to when it will be available again. Seemed like everywhere i looked i would get the same quick answer that its out of stock and then rush you off the phone. Last week Kayla gave me a call and said she has my product and its on its way. She spent two weeks getting this for me! That's customer service !
