Plenty of trails to choose from for various activities; nature walks, dog walking, cycling and hiking. If you like more technical hikes, this wouldn't be for you. Low elevation and gravel trails. It is nice and convenient for it being in a bustling city. Very busy though even on a rainy day. There are ? (actual washrooms not outhouses) spread throughout. Parking is street parking which can be limited depending on where you enter from.

Breathtaking! As Montrealers, my fiance and I were shocked to stumble across this massive park with beautiful, clean walking trails suitable for the whole family, within walking distance from our place nonetheless! We were very grateful to not have to pay an admission fee, parking was free for under 2h stays and they even allow dogs off-leash in certain areas--a real gamechanger for dog owners! We came across many cyclists, families, doggos and runners. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Lots of different trails, some long, some short, so you can go on adventure and take 20 mins, or hours. Good for walking, running, and biking. The trails do not have tons of changing in elevation so I would consider them all easy cruising trails :) It's peaceful and pretty separated from roads/ noise.

Unbelievably peaceful with endless photography opportunities of the beach nearby, the ocean, the mountains and the forest. A beautiful experience. Should stay with someone for safety and should always have a map or phone in case you get lost.

My dog LOVES this park. We usually enter off of 16th street and as soon as you get off the road and into the forest it is huge and very safe for her to be off leash and run around. Walking here is our favourite Saturday morning tradition! There are lots of other dogs and walkers to meet - just beware of bike paths and some trails that are not dog friendly - but overall a fantastic nature space not far from the city!

Great park in the middle of the city. Easy trail of 20 min walk to direction (there are steps in there). Than you arrive to the beautiful beach. There is a grass field for nice picnic. Highly recommended. Free parking on the street for 2 hours.
