Katie was perfect at helping narrow down what would work best on my site and aligned with my house, neighbourhood, and budget. She gave me realistic ideas of what things would cost and helped me to understand the best way I could fix things up within our limitations . And how to do it in stages was a great eye opener! Katie was so well- informed and creative and gave me some great ideas. What was best is she gave me a plan of action in terms of what to tackle in my yard now and a suggested list of plants that will work well! My time with Katie from Pacific Ridge Landscapes was so valuable and inspiring. Thank you so very much!!

From assistance with the design to the completed project my wife and I are very happy with the outcome and process involved with preparing our ground level patio for renewal. The previous 27’ by 16’ patio of our two-storey townhouse has been here since the original construction in 1982 and needed renewal. We also wanted to ensure proper drainage of the patio area as the rains of recent years had us wondering if the perimeter drain system could be counted on to move all of the water away from the building. The previous patio did not have a proper slope, altered as it was from years of tree roots and settling, and so the water was reverse flowing to the concrete perimeter wall. Pacific Ridge had the miniature excavator, power loader, bins, removal truck and expertise to remove the 12 cubic yards of existing material dispose of it, lay down landscape cloth and bring in gravel, screened leveling material and all the pavers and stacking block for the raised garden bed. Merle used a laser level to sight our lines and establish grade. This is a very important process in civil work and provides a far superior end product compared to string line levels. The work was well executed over a few days and the end product is very appealing. Merle, Katie and their crew were very professional and prepared so a big thanks goes out to all of you for your hard work.
M	Melanie Percy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pacific Ridge Landscapes team began working on our property in the summer of 2019 and have been helping us gradually transform our fairly wild, somewhat neglected property into a gorgeous, colourful and bountiful paradise. We can’t say enough good things about Corey and the careful attention he gives our property whether its performing routine maintenance or working on specific landscaping projects. He has many amazing ideas for making the property that much better, and has a very ecologically-based approach - being mindful of removing invasive species the team encounters, keeping nutrients in the system through retention of native species wood chips, and taking the extra steps to safeguard our sensitive Garry oak/Arbutus ecosystem. Katie took much care in helping us select plants that are gorgeous, complement the native surrounding forest, and are deer-resistant. The whole team are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and sincere. When many of them were on site to do all the plantings, including Katie and Merle, it felt like they were one big happy family. They obviously love their work! We are so grateful to have the PRL team working with us to make our home gorgeous, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent landscaping and garden maintenance services.

As repeat customers with PR, we continue to be impressed at how they consistently raise the bar and exceed our expectations. From the collaborative design conceptualisation, site preparation and flawless execution, PR were exceedingly professional and a pleasure to work with. The team seamlessly integrated the design with previous landscaping phases to produce a cohesive and thoughtful project. Not only was the design and work completed to an impeccable standard, we would be remiss in not pointing out the little details of the construction that are important. The PR team cleaned the work site at the end of each work day, were careful to protect other elements of the property while using equipment, were enthusiastic, courteous and friendly and carefully respected COVID protocols. Thanks to PR we are now look forward to enjoying the warmer weather and the “Lower Deck” – bringing a little East Coast to the West. They listened to our ideas and produced large fantastic coloured hard copy landscaping designs, showing the placement of tiles, plants, lighting and trees.
