β β β β β I found Pacific Canada Immigration online and wasn't disappointed in the services I was provided, given my not so standard situation. Prior to moving to Canada I had lived in China for 6 years and wasn't really sure where to begin. Igor helped me apply for PR through family sponsorship and it took us about 11 months from the date we applied to when my partner and I had an interview with an immigration officer. Due to COVID it took us 5 months to get my PR Confirmation Letter, which to be honest didn't bother me much because I already knew my PR was approved. We got the confirmation letter just a few days ago and I can't wait to get my PR card, which I already applied for! Igor was always professional and made the experience as easy and stress-free as could be, with no obstacles along the way whatsoever. Igor's assistant Marina was wonderful too, always polite and friendly on the phone! It has been a pleasure to work with you guys! Many thanks from David and Inna :)

They took the time to review our particular scenario and assured me that they will present the best possible permanent residence application. Igor and Marina constantly communicated with me the entire way, from the beginning of the process to the approval, and if I had any questions or concerns I could always call or email.
