★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted this company based on their 5/5 google reviews requesting a quote for a custom DIY patio cover kit. I supplied a sketch with dimensions so they can size all components. Received an email requesting me to travel to their office to discuss, which I did shortly after. Wasted 1.5h driving and talking to them. Finally they promised to send a quote via email early next week. Next week went by without me hearing anything from them. Gave them a call one evening to ask what was going on, they said they'll be forwarding the quote the following day at the latest. Another week goes by and still nothing. I sent them an email asking if they're going to send a quote - no response. A month later now I'm giving up on them and moving on. What a waste of time.

I’ve had past experiences of not getting good quality material but they make sure not to leave any loose ends behind. Definitely recommended!

I went to their shop to ask about a patio cover for my new deck, they happily showed me and discussed all the materials they would use, what the options were, and gave a rough idea of cost on the spot. Within 24hrs of giving the go ahead, they came out for final measurements and quote, less than a week later they arrived to install. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and truly wanted me to be happy with the final product. As a customer, this was a great experience, I would recommend Pacific Aluminum to anyone.
