★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sidewalk does not go all the way around this lake, and it is flooded during spring but there is a great little playground close by with a baby swing that you can use without having to step in the sand. I wish every sandy playground had something like this. No sand in shoes and baby gets to swing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quaint local hidden gem, with a small corner entrance covered in old pine - what hides behind is a lot of shade and a couple picnic tables; enjoy a decent walk or short bike ride beside a fenced lake. Or walk around the mowed grassy areas to a more natural shore of large river rock.
Depending on the time of year many water fowl and a few rodents live here. Pelicans sometimes visit too. No rest rooms, 2x picnic tables each with a garbage. 2x benches during the walk for rest, plus grass and shade to enjoy and many plants. Parking is limited and there are houses, so please be respectful.
