★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will have to re-check several prior years of Nancy's returns. CRA reviewed my 2018 return, found her error and sent me a refund of $829 in January 2019.
Since I could have done better using TurboTax, I asked for a refund of the fee she had charged. She initially refused, when she sent the money it was clear that she is not running a reputable business (see photo). I was sent a crumpled cheque in a dirty envelope and a handful of change.
This was vindictive and I would not recommend her if you are looking for someone who is professional and competent.
