★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids had a great time with the lazy river and water slide today. I was very impressed with the staff... They were extremely vigilant watching all of the guests and were not afraid to pull people from the pool when they thought there was a biological contaminant present. The issue was quickly resolved and we were all allowed back into the pool in no time. Excellent work and we will definitely return soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a fair amount of people but no one stayed in the pool very long as it was so cold in the evening. Kids lips were blue after 15 mins in the lazy river area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please update your hours. My son forgot his crystals at home and felt that he could get through our trip if he was able to purchase a crystal somewhere. We went out of our way to get to your store only to find it closed and was never at all open on monday...Google said "closed at 5" damnit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing pool, complete with fun waterslide, lazy river, and lots of splashy stuff for all ages.
Someone puked while I was there today, but that happens. Staff was prompt, polite and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given it a 5 star except for the fact they don't allow you to take pictures even of your own children and you cannot use your cell phone. I wanted to have my son's birthday party there but decided against it for that reason as I would rather go somewhere that allows you to capture memories. Other than that, the place is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to take the kids or adults to cool off. There are 3 pools + 1 water slide and a lazy river. 1 pools is for toddlers and around 10" deep in the deepest part. The second pool is 4-5ft deep and the 3rd pool has a deep end with a driving board. At this time you should register for your swim on the city of Kingston website to guarantee a spot as there are limits to how many people are allowed in. Masks are required until the moment you are ready to go in the pool. Overall the best public pool in Kingston.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have some fun with the family. Currently occupancy is limited and registration highly recommended. With limited occupancy it has reduced waiting time for the slide and diving board. The lazy river is limited to 5 people and creates an increased wait time. Overall a very enjoyable time and the life guards are very friendly.
