★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried calling to book a hall for my stag and doe, however since I was calling from a cellphone with a 514 area code, the woman refused to speak to me. I overheard the entire conversation she had with her husband (I assume it was her husband) then her husband came back on the phone and told me that the woman in charge is currently busy and for me to call back and leave a message. I was extremely appalled by what the woman was saying to her husband while I was listening to the entire conversation.
